The two plumbers from LA Plumbing Solutions, LLC showed up ahead of schedule to fix my burst and leaking pipes and swap out some broken faucets. They jumped straight into the repairs and were super efficient and knowledgeable, addressing all my queries. I was really pleased with the job they did.

We lack proper reports, usage stats, or images since the app is too tricky for installers to figure out.
Now that we've switched, we’re in the dark about our profitability. If it actually functioned, it would totally be worth the money spent.

"I got scammed, promised a refund but..."
I got scammed, they said I’d get my money back but that didn’t happen. I had to ditch my bank account since I wasn’t about to pay two membership fees for no reason. They still owe me two membership fees that they claimed they’d refund, but they never did. Not only did they fail to return the first one, but they also charged me for the second.

"My Experience with HCP Over Three Years"
I've been using HCP for three years now. Before that, I worked with ERP-related software for more than 25 years. HCP is really aimed at tiny businesses (under a million bucks a year) that are just figuring out how to use software for their operations. It’s not built to grow with you and has some serious issues, like not being able to generate estimates and invoices that meet California regulations, plus calling jobs invoices (customers get an invoice before the job even kicks off). The scheduling feature is solid as it stands, so I hope they don’t mess with it. However, it doesn’t integrate with any accounting systems.

On my very first day using the platform, I ran into a huge glitch that prevents me from accessing their online booking feature, which is exactly why I signed up for this service. To make matters worse, their customer support was completely unhelpful since they’ve already seen this issue and still haven’t figured out a fix. Honestly, I can’t see the point of having Housecall Pro if clients can’t even schedule an appointment with me.

"Not a Professional Experience with Housecall!"
Housecall really dropped the ball! They charged my card, and when we first processed a payment, they refunded our customer and began questioning why he purchased the systems we provided. Totally unprofessional. We're working on getting our money back, but it feels like a hopeless situation.

"I signed up for their service, was let down, and got the runaround for over two months without a refund"
I signed up for their service and paid for a whole year. It quickly became clear that this software was way too complicated for my small business and lacked some features and tax reports that my previous software had, which cost less than half their price. So, I reached out through the help icon on 7/18 to cancel and request a refund for the unused premium.
After more than two months of back-and-forth with over half a dozen representatives, they finally told me no refund would be issued and asked if I had any proof of our conversations. I said yes, but then they wanted proof of anyone from their side saying a refund would be processed.
I don’t have anyone directly confirming that, just a bunch of “I’ll look into it” replies.
If I could, I’d give this company zero stars—not just for the lack of a refund, but also for the steep price for what you get and the terrible customer service with all the runaround.

"Great service when I needed help!"
I needed a tech to check out my busted microwave. Maldonado and Sons got back to me right away and scheduled an appointment as soon as they had an opening. They arrived on time and kept me posted about when they would be there. Unfortunately, the microwave couldn't be repaired because the part might be hard to locate. Overall, I'm pleased with their level of professionalism.

I really wish I could share a photo of how awful this company is; they’re nothing but a scam. Since July 2021, we’ve been reaching out via calls and emails, begging them to release the funds from our clients, both commercial and residential, but no luck. They’ve kept the money in their account for over a year now, and all we get is the same old response: send an email. Honestly, I think this could be seen as a criminal act—taking our customers' money and then refusing to transfer it to the right account.

"UNRELIABLE TECH ASSISTANCE"
Dealing with tech support has been quite a challenge, and whenever you reach out, a clear solution just doesn’t show up. Relying on chat as the main way to get help is another problem. I think their struggle comes from attempting to cater to a wide range of industries. I really wish I hadn’t chosen HCP.
